Shelley started in the medical field assisting doctors with collections from insurance companies. She would review the billing information and correct errors and resubmit. The doctors were paid with 21 days and some of the accounts were more than 2 years old. Shelley helped many with Medicare questions and assisted if a patient had a question. When her parents turned 65, she assisted them with the Medicare choices and as Medicare evolved, she assisted with Advantage Plans. She has been an agent since 2015 and helped many clients with Medicare options including Veterans, Final Expense, IUL and Term Life Insurance, 401K rollovers and much more. She will tell you I absolutely love my job and my client family.

 

Shelley lives in Bedford, Virginia with her husband, Rick and their fur babies. She loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys car shows, riding motorcycles and loves animals.
